Launched in 2020, the PFS Mentor Program builds a network of support by pairing high school students from Pasadena-area schools with PFS Scholars in grades 5–10. Through regular virtual check-ins, in-person gatherings, and volunteer opportunities, mentors provide academic and social-emotional support while fostering meaningful connections. From community service projects to shared cultural experiences, the program strengthens bonds and deepens the sense of belonging across the PFS community.
