 Amy began co-directing Chandler's Partnership for Success! program in 2011. During the school year, Amy teaches Spanish to kindergarten, first and second graders.  A long-time Chandler Middle School Spanish teacher, Amy enjoys teaching students of all ages and introducing them to diverse cultures.  Amy has a Masters in Educational Leadership from Pennsylvania State University and appreciates working with talented teachers from PUSD to create a challenging curriculum for 5th and 6th grade students during the summer.  She recognizes the importance of imparting strong foundational skills that these students will take with them to middle school, high school and beyond.

Jason Green has been affiliated with the Partnership! program since the summer of 2008, originally as the computer teacher.  He now co-directs the program with Amy Cote for the 5th and 6th grade boys at Chandler School. Originally from Rhode Island, Jason graduated with a dual major in elementary education and Spanish, spending two summers studying in Salamanca, Spain.  He also has his Masters in Education with a middle school focus from Cal State San Bernardino. He currently serves as an Instructional Coach at Franklin Elementary School in Pasadena, California, where he has been an educator since 2002.

Melissa White has been affiliated with the Partnership! program since 2011, as a Math and Technology teacher and an elective teacher. Melissa took over as Site Director at Mayfield Junior School in 2015. During the school year Melissa teaches middle school math and serves as the 6th grade Lead Advisor as well as the Math Department Chair. Melissa is excited to take the Mayfield program to new places and offer students a fully enriched academic program where they can take risks, learn, grow, and build the foundations to a better education.

Scarlette Oregón has been affiliated with Partnership for Success! since 1998. She started off as a student in the program at the Westridge site and has continued to be involved in the program ever since. During college , Scarlette returned every summer to serve as an intern. After receiving her teaching credentials and masters from UCLA, she became a teacher for PFS! teaching mathematics, and eventually College 1 through our partnership with Pasadena City College. Through the years, Scarlette has been dedicated to helping PFS! grow because she values all of the opportunities that it offers to students and teachers. She truly believes that PFS! makes a difference in the lives of the students that it serve.

Vivian taught science at community colleges throughout the Los Angeles area before joining Westridge School, where she teaches Chemistry and AP Environmental Science, in 2014.  She is also passionate about teaching entrepreneurship and started the Westridge Tech & Entrepreneurship Experience in 2016. Vivian has been involved with Partnership for Success! since 2015, teaching science and arts & crafts.  Her favorite PFS! activities are singing songs and Drop Everything And Read.
